You are hoodwinked into thinking you are buying from a British company with prices in sterling. It turns out that your order comes from the US. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a simple supplement. It is nonsense to say that their price is below that of Holland and Barrett, even with 20% customs duty. Had I known this, I would never have ordered from this weird company with suspect trading practices. As it is, I have today bought from Holland and Barrett. God knows when my Puritans Pride version will arrive, if ever.
There are plenty of supplement suppliers in the U.K. Do not be duped into buying from this slow and costly arthritic ‘service’.

Puritans Pride sell exactly the same products as Holland and Barrett but a lot lot cheaper. Although they have a UK website with UK prices, they do ship from the US, so bare that in mind, you'll get charges at this end which will be 20% VAT plus an £8 handling fee, but even with that added cost it is still considerably cheaper than buying from H&B or most other UK retailers. The products are good quality, and all my orders to date have been well packed and complete, no problems whatsoever. It does take a week or sometimes 2 for delivery, and you will get a card through the post first from customs clearance to pay the additional cost before it's released, but for the savings made it's worth the wait. Highly recommended.
